Registry of Zero Energy Professionals (ZEPs)

Zero Energy Professionals (ZEPs) are accredited building and real estate industry professionals who have successfully completed training and gained the knowledge to build zero energy homes that are affordable, durable, safe, healthy, energy efficient, and comfortable to live in. Training participants have learned the design principles, equipment options, emerging technologies, material selections, and construction practices that can be integrated into their building process to ensure zero energy homes can be made accessible market-wide.

To earn the accreditation, professionals must have attended the 'How to Cost Effectively Build Zero Energy Homes'  training offered by Earth Advantage & EEBA, pass an accreditation exam and have completed and passed prerequisite trainings. To learn more, visit the EEBA website.

Once accredited, designated professionals will belong to the national network of Zero Energy Professionals listed by state and region below.
