Michael Armstrong is a partner with City Scale, a collective of urban sustainability practitioners working to expand, connect and scale local approaches to addressing climate change. Prior to joining City Scale in 2017 Michael worked for 17 years for the City of Portland, Oregon, where he managed the city’s climate policy and programs for the Bureau of Planning and Sustainability. Additionally, Michael co-chaired the Planning Committee for the Urban Sustainability Directors Network from 2014-2017. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University, and a Masters of Public Administration from Indiana University Bloomington.DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS, INTEGRUS
Wendy Abeel has more than 20 years of experience in strategic communications and public relations, working across a variety of industries. Currently, she serves as Director of Communications at Integrus, leading Pacific Northwest architecture firm. Throughout her career, Wendy has held a variety of agency and in-house communications roles where she has honed her ability to tell compelling stories that advance organizational objectives. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs and Political Science from Lewis & Clark College.
