You have a passion for environmental justice and climate resiliency, and are deeply motivated to address heat inequity within the City of Portland. Your professional or lived experience enables you to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals from a variety of backgrounds. You are well organized and detail oriented and can adapt quickly to new systems and software.
Note: This is a limited-duration position that will be active until the end of 2026.
Support the delivery of a heat pump installation program that serves vulnerable populations (people experiencing low incomes, people experiencing disabilities, people 60+ years of age, people who live alone) within the City of Portland.
Coordinate project delivery through a network of community distribution partners and provide them with regular logistical and administrative support.
Participate in planning and implementation meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Track, verify, and QC installation activity via an established CRM platform.
Coordinate payments to project partners in conjunction with the Earth Advantage finance team.
Coordinate regular reporting on program activity.
Experience with the principles and best practices of project management.
Experience coordinating among multiple project partners, subcontractors, and/or vendors.
Experience with, and aptitude for, working collaboratively within a team.
Commitment to aiding vulnerable communities.
