All About ADUs

Join us for this 4-hour class intended for real estate and building industry professionals looking to increase their knowledge about ADU development in Southern Oregon.

This half-day course is intended to help real estate and building professionals understand the basic planning and building regulations for ADU development in Southern Oregon. Participants will gain critical information to help them to respond to increasing client demand for properties with ADU potential, as well as the opportunity to earn the 'ADU Specialist' professional accreditation. 

Attend this training and become eligible to earn the nationally-recognized 'ADU Specialist' accreditation in order to display your ADU expertise to the market.

'All About ADUs' participants who would like to pursue the 'ADU Specialist' designation can learn more about the exam here and opt in when registering below for this class. After passing the exam, Earth Advantage provides a registry listing, logo package, and marketing support for ADU Specialists to then promote their newly acquired designation via business cards, email signatures and website in order to differentiate themselves from other professionals. Note: 'ADU Specialist' is an optional designation and it is not required to attend the 'All About ADUs' course.

** Please note that the exam and designation are optional and not included in the cost of registration for the class. Cost of the exam is additional, however, you may register for the exam at the time of regisration for the class.
