If you will be scoring homes outside of the Portland Metro Area you will also need to complete a separate mandatory Remote QA Form and GoFormz application training. To determine if you need this training you can find additional details regarding QA requirements in Part 8: Geographic Qualifications of the Oregon Home Energy Score Assessor Participation Agreement
. A quick way to determine if you are in a Remote QA area is if the home being scored is outside of these three counties; Multnomah, Clackamas and Washington County. You can sign up for the Remote QA training via the training calendar link
*Please indicate in your registration if you know you will be scoring outside of PDX Metro.
If you are already an active Assessor in the City of Portland Program you will receive a 2nd Assessor ID once completing all the steps. There are some differences in the Oregon Home Energy Report and additional QA requirements for Oregon HES Assessors.
