RWC Development, Inc. has been building homes in the greater Portland metro area for over 15 years. Since the beginning, its goal has been to offer high-quality, energy and resource efficient homes with the use of long lasting and durable materials. RWC’s latest project, Benjamin Terrace, is a group of six contemporary residences on a small infill parcel in southeast Portland’s Richmond neighborhood. The features included polished concrete floors, mini-split heat pumps, and condensing tankless water heaters. Couple those systems with outstanding air tightness results and an above code insulation package and it’s no wonder that all of the homes received Earth Advantage Platinum Certification.
