Who We’re Looking For

You are an organized, analytical, innovative, inquisitive, and collaborative individual with an interest in sustainable building. You are excited about working with a team of green building consulting professionals to deliver exceptional service to a wide array of clients, including affordable housing providers. You are highly organized and proficient in managing information and documents across multiple projects. You bring analytical skills and business acumen to your commitment to sustainability.

Role Description

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for support to the Earth Advantage Multifamily and LEED® for Homes certifications through administrative and project-based assignments that advance Earth Advantage's mission. We are looking for someone who will:
  • Prepare administrative documents for building certification projects, including project registration and file management.
  • Coordinate with client project teams on project progress and update internal tracking documentation.
  • Prepare meeting minutes.
  • Create project material binders.
  • Assist with creating sampling protocol workbooks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on timelines and expectations.
  • Update CRM database regularly with project updates.
  • Help develop collateral materials for the organization's Multifamily certification programs.
  • Research project opportunities and compile data in support of Multifamily certification program growth.
  • Assist in the development and administration of processes and procedures to increase program efficiencies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Deep commitment to Earth Advantage's mission.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in administrative, planning, project management or related field.
  • We require staff and interns to be fully vaccinated to work in the office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in education, business, marketing, sustainability, or related fields.
  • Over two years experience in administrative, planning, project management or related fields.
  • General knowledge of the green building industry and technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies and standards.
  • Intermediate skills in using software applications such as Google sheets, MS Office, Salesforce, and Bluebeam.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


$50,544 - $62,000 annual compensation, dependent on experience.
