• Sustainable Homes Professional (SHP). Six two-day modules that help experienced builders develop the technical skills and knowledge to design and build high performance homes.
• Sustainability Training for Accredited Real Estate Professionals (S.T.A.R.). This two-day course gives real estate professionals the knowledge and skills to communicate with clients about the value and benefits of a new or remodeled green home.
• Certified Residential Green Appraiser (CRGA). This three-session course was created for appraisers, tax assessors, and other real estate professionals. It provides an introduction to all phases of green residential construction as well as analysis of valuation studies and cost data for residential green project.
