HERS Audits

Earth Advantage Institute offers HERS (Home Energy Rating System) audits for both the EEM (Energy Efficient Mortgage) and the EIM (Energy Improvement Mortgage). This comprehensive audit can take 2-3 hours, includes a blower door air tightness test, a duct blaster air tightness test (if ducts are outside of conditioned space) as well as an assessment of insulation levels, windows, appliances, lighting, and mechanical systems.
