Earth Advantage Institute partners with builders, developers and remodelers at all levels to help them certify their projects, whether homes, communities or small commercial buildings.

However, the organization also seeks to bring separate sectors of the industry together to develop integrated green building and climate solutions that create additional industry momentum. To achieve this goal, Earth Advantage Institute serve works with a range of other industry professionals – including real estate brokers, appraisers and lenders -- to help them understand sustainable building practices, how to value and to market certified homes and properties, and how to develop targeted financial products that reward green homeowners while increasing lender revenue potential.

The organization also offers professional certification courses for builders, real estate professionals, and appraisers that provide them with in-depth training on best practices, communicating the green building value proposition, and critical valuation methodologies.
