Northwest ENERGY STAR 
Designed for builders looking to make their new home projects energy efficient, the program consists of points earned through a variety of features and construction techniques.

Energy Performance Score (EPS)
The EPS is not a certification, but a home energy rating system similar to the miles-per-gallon (MPG) rating for the auto industry.
