The HOME Portal can reduce the costs per program participant by walking homeowners through all program elements with an easy, step-by-step work flow. Depending on a program’s design, homeowners can use the portal to connect with auditors, view audit results, receive bids from contractors, find information on incentives and rebates, and connect with lenders. Also, homeowners can rate and review program partners and can see the reviews from other homeowners, providing an added layer of trust.
