I am a licensed broker, Realtor, and CNE. The brokerage I work for is also a successful home builder in our area. I have been focusing on acquiring knowledge of and selling green homes for the past 2 years.  I also work with buyers looking to remodel/retrofit their homes with greener products.

I professionally represent sellers of all levels, who are looking to successfully sell their homes and/ or investment properties with the best returns possible using first class marketing programs.

Additionally, I assist buyers wanting to become home owners and guide them through making wise investment decisions with my own consultative home buyer program.

Having been a member of the Young Professionals Network, NAR, WAR and the Seattle King County Association of Realtors has really expenaded my outreach in the community. In 2004 and 2005 I was awarded as the top producing agent for EQ Real Estate in Bellevue, WA. Since moving to TEC Real Estate I have been a continuous member of the Elite Club and top producing broker from 2006-2010. In 2009 I added the designation of Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) to my credentials- a designation that less than 1% of all Realtors hold. In 2010 I also earned the Earth Advantage Broker Certification Specializing in Green Building through the EAI in Portland, Oregon. I am also a certified instructor for Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC) Home Buyer Classes and may issue approvals so that home buyers can participate in state bond downpayment assistance programs.
