Partner Event: Case Study - Portland Emergency Coordination Center

Portland’s Emergency Coordination Center (ECC) is currently one of the most seismically-resilient buildings in the Pacific Northwest, providing the City with a facility available for immediate use to maintain critical operations after an earthquake or other disaster. This course will use the ECC project to cover design strategies—from general concepts to details—that can be applied to any building type to improve performance during and after an earthquake.
