Become a Master

Certification courses allow designers, architects, builders, real estate brokers, and appraisers to gain in-depth training and expertise in green building as it relates to their professions. After successfully completing a particular certification course and certification exam, participants will earn a professional designation of Earth Advantage Broker, Sustainable Homes Professional, or Certified Residential Green Appraiser™.  These designations allow building and real estate professionals to distinguish themselves from other professionals in their fields. Certification courses range in length from two to twelve days and offer continuing education credits.

Level 400 - Mastery

400-level courses engage professionals in analyzing and synthesizing green building knowledge. Mastery courses use a variety of instructional methods, including project-based learning, which allows participants to apply knowledge gained directly to their own professional projects and evaluate their level of mastery.
