Earth Advantage Institute is a group of dedicated, soulful, passionate people, who create disruptive solutions for the sustainable environment, in a work hard, play hard environment. Our downtown office located on the top of the Director Building offers the perfect vantage point from which we can view Portland and the landscape beyond, a constant reminder that there are many buildings that remain to be green.

EAI is a non-profit with a focus on literally changing the world for the better. This is not your parents' non-profit, but a tight knit group of highly intelligent, visionary people who imagine solutions and build tools and educational programs to transform the built environment. We have a history of new home certification that surpasses 12,000 homes, as well as programs in education, training, and energy efficiency.
